This Memorial Day🇺🇸 we honored our country’s fallen heroes by working to ensure our community members have access to the freedoms they fought so hard to protect.
Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are considered unalienable rights in our country, and we believe having secure access to food is crucial to obtaining all three.
Today, we filled our third garden bed and prepared the Community Garden for planting. Our hope is that the garden not only helps provide nutritious food to those in need, but also helps inspire members of our community to garden and grow along with us.
Together, we can help make sure no member of our community goes hungry. That is the best way can think to honor our fallen troops. Not only today, but everyday.
