Garden Update

How about another Garden Update?

We don’t know about you, but our plants definitely appreciated the recent rain!

We are still harvesting green beans, cucumbers, spicy peppers, and tomatoes. We also have been picking zucchini thanks to our bonus plants (YAY for over planting as a pest strategy!!! )

In other great news, we have a variety of squash getting ripe including yellow squash, acorn squash, and butternut squash- the butternut squash vines have been especially happy and prolific. There are even a bunch of little eggplants showing promise.

While we are happy to harvest and put produce in the cooler, please know you are welcome to explore, pick, and/or tend to the beds anytime. We LOVE our garden and are happy to share it with our neighbors.

Finally, HUGE THANKS to EVERYONE leaving your extra garden veggies!!! We truly appreciate it.
