Good Morning!!!
It’s been SUPER busy here, so we haven’t had a chance yet to say the BIGGEST thank you to our friends at Trinity Episcopal Church of Seymour & The Blessing Pantry for all the food they shared with us this month!
Just about two weeks ago, volunteers from the church AND community worked together to unload 17,000 lbs of food and beverages!!! That is a new record! 🙌🏻
We are SO GRATEFUL for the way our neighbors consistently come together to make sure everyone has enough to eat. It takes A LOT of hands to move that much food not only off the truck, but to each of our local pantries. Your steward was thankful to have help loading her car TWICE.
We are also grateful for all the amazing humans we get to meet through this work. Every month we meet more wonderful people who are coming together to spread some love and kindness. It’s THE BEST.
If you have an hour or two to spare and are interested in being a part of something awesome please reach out to the Blessing Pantry. We have all kinds of tasks from unloading to unpacking and stocking. You can come one time or monthly. No experience necessary. ❤️
